Robotics

Robotics

HBA established an impressive fleet of robots for the IDF and the Israel Police, providing more than 60 integrated EOD robots and vehicles.

Our robotics range spans compact hand-carried robots, medium tracked platforms and heavy-duty ground robots, alongside ROVs and UAVs. Every system is integrated to the client’s mission and backed by maintenance and upgrades from qualified technicians.

  • EOD robots, from a hand-carried robot capable of neutralizing a 10 kg charge up to tractor-size robots for charges of up to 250 kg.
  • Tactical and reconnaissance robots for stairs, confined spaces and rough terrain.
  • Heavy-duty remotely operated platforms and mine-clearance systems.
  • Robot arms that add manipulation to existing mobile platforms.
  • Firefighting and rescue robots for hazardous environments.
  • Integration of X-ray systems, disruptors and CBRN sensors on robotic platforms.

H.B.A. has an in-house service department with operational experience in EOD robots, logistics and R&D.

Products

Our robots keep operators at a safe distance: compact tactical robots that climb stairs and search confined spaces, EOD robots for render-safe missions and firefighting platforms built for the most hazardous environments.

Projects

From IDF and Israel Police EOD fleets to specialized robotic integrations, here are selected projects where HBA robots were deployed, upgraded and maintained in the field.

Name of the project

DTP Series offers a wide range of solutions to the problem of scanning cargo effectively. All the versions offer effective Drive-Thru Portal technology. This improves the throughput of the solution and allows the choice of scanning the cabin or not. The range is from the DTP200M which is designed to be set up in 3 hours and can scan occupied cars and passenger vehicles through to the DTP 9000MG that can penetrate up to 300mm of steel and can be adapted to scan large trailers and rail cargo.
